How fast can I download the purchased files?
Once payment is complete and the transaction is successful you will receive a Purchase Receipt with links to your purchased products.
“Order Pending: Payment Required”? What does this mean?
When you get and email with “Order Pending: Payment Required“, the PayPal Transaction is taking a little longer than expected. Once you have received a receipt from PayPal it shouldn’t take long before you get “Purchase Receipt” with your download link on it.
I’m not getting a “Purchase Receipt” however PayPal receipt says I’ve paid?
This should not happen. Make sure you check your Spam folder! In some cases it might take a few min. If you still haven’t received the files send a mail to, [email protected], with the Invoice ID sent from PayPal. You will find that in the payment receipt they mailed you after your purchase.
